Soft play is a fun filled activity designed for small children and toddlers that allows them the ability to play with soft materials in a safe envirorment.
Party rentals will have 1 hour of set up prior to the party start time and 1 hour of clean up time after the party end time. When making your reservation, please allow enough time before and after your event for setting up and taking down necessary equipment. Party rentals will have 1 hour of set up prior to the party start time and 1 hour of clean up time after the party end time. When making your reservation, please allow enough time before and after your event for setting up and taking down necessary equipment. If the event time exceeds the terms of the rental agreement, the renter will be charged $25 per hour over. There will be an additional charge of $50 if the event is held outdoors. (This covers cost to clean equipment that is due to get more dirty outdoors) Little J’s Mobile Softplay reserves the right to charge an additional clean-up fee ($25) for any mess left after allotted time. All equipment is sanitized and thoroughly cleaned after each party.
We can set up indoors or outdoors!
Please note there will be an extra charge for outdoor set up. This covers extra cleaning of our equipment.
Your party is not officially reserved until we have received your deposit ($50) via Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Refunds will be made only if the cancellation is made no less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. The remaining payment is due at the time of set up. Payment will include the remaining amount due plus any fees, if any.
In case of inclement weather (rain, thunder, lightning, etc.) the client is responsible for having an alternative option, if your event is planned for outdoor set up. We will not set up if there is any chance of rain or other inclement weather. We will gladly reschedule based on our availability within 3 months of your event. We also can offer a refund minus the $50 deposit.
